About our Pilates Services

What is Pilates?

Pilates uses specialised movements and equipment (e.g., Reformer Machines) to get the most out of your body. Pilates teaches you how to use deep internal stomach muscles (“your core”) that are prime stabilisers and support that re-educates your body to work at its optimum.

Here at Complete Health Osteopathy and Pilates using our pilates reformer machines under the strict supervision of our Osteopaths, you will re-educate your body to:

  • Tone your muscles
  • Improve your core strength and stability
  • Increase your muscle control and balance

No matter your reason for attending, our specialist team of Osteopaths will develop a personalised pilates program that is tailored for you

What options do we have?

Your Personlised Pilates Program is tailored to YOUR goals.

  • One to one sessions with one of our osteopaths – targeted individual sessions that enable you to get the best out of your experience at our clinic.
  • You can then progress to a small group format (maximum 3 people to one Osteopath) so you get the best exercise with specialised supervision.

How are we different?

  • A focus on delivering a specialised and individual program tailored to each client
  • There are no timetables or large group classes to get lost in
  • We will re-educate your body by combining osteopathic clinical reasoning with Pilates exercises

It begins with a 60 minute Free Full Body Assessment completed by a registered osteopath (not just a Pilates instructor) who develops a Personalised Pilates Program for you!

This Full Body Assessment obligation free and available to anyone!  It will assess your body’s strengths and imbalances and determine how Pilates can benefit you. You will also be re-assessed at Week 6 and Week 12 to see exactly how your body has changed!
